Excellent feedback... and I had considered a script. In most cases, the location document is being changed. Here's what I'm finding... the client starts and accesses location document -w- correct server (changed by adminp) but the user is still opening old mail database (on old server). Why? I deleted a bookmark to old database (added by user), restart client, and click mail icon... the correct Db opens!?! Could the old bookmark be overriding the location document? Possibly... since it loads contents of workspace, right? Is there a way to remove user bookmarks using a script? Any script examples appreciated. Thanks...
